How we use them at the store
- Scoring a fish before we price it. The scorecard keeps our judgment consistent between people and between weeks.
- Settling the male or female question. Customers ask constantly. Walking through the signs in order is faster than arguing about koks.
- Sizing a setup for a new keeper. The calculator turns a fish into a shopping list, so nobody goes home with a tank that is too small.
- Tracking a grow-out. The tracker is how you find out whether a food or routine change actually did anything.
